Beyond digital innovation, Rich Trees also provides professional arborist services such as tree economic valuation, risk assessment, and large-scale inventory projects for clients including DBKL, MPS, TPM, and MPS Sandakan.
Urban tree management in Malaysia faced fragmented data collection, manual record-keeping, and limited visibility into tree health and value. Local authorities and developers lacked an integrated system to monitor, assess, and maintain trees efficiently—especially in aligning their efforts with sustainability goals such as carbon reduction, biodiversity protection, and compliance with UN SDGs. The absence of digital tools to quantify tree value and carbon sequestration further limited data-driven decision-making and long-term environmental planning.

The platform enables authorities and private entities to track trees using QR codes and GPS, conduct risk and health assessments, and generate KPI dashboards for data intelligence.
